Parking Instructions

Burnaby Office

Surface parking available at 5000 Kingsway - Lot #701 - located between Nelson Avenue and Marlborough Avenue.

Parking costs $4.00 for 2 hours and must be paid using a credit card. Your license plate information is required. Please bring the ticket up to reception at your dental appointment to receive reimbursement.

Vancouver Office

There are multiple buildings in the City Square Mall. We are located in the East Tower, on the 6th floor.

Travel by car: Please park at the City Square Mall underground parking lot near the East Tower elevators (P3) and take the East tower elevator up to our office on the 6th floor.

To ensure your parking gets validated, please bring the ticket up to the receptionist to get a validation stamp.

*Monarch Pediatric Dental Centre will validate your parking up to a maximum of 90 minutes on the day of your dental appointment. You will be responsible to pay the difference if your parking time exceeds 90 minutes from the time you purchased the ticket. Only debit or credit cards are accepted.

Travel on foot: Please look for the food court (located on the lower level) of East Tower and take the elevator up to 6th floor. The elevators are located right by the “Thai Away Home” and the washroom.

*If you are entering through 12th Avenue (main entrance), turn right and take the elevator for East Tower up to the 6th floor.
